Our Guarantee: If you take the Guaranteed Bar Review and do not pass the 2011 Ca. Bar Examination, your tuition ($3,500) will be fully refunded within two weeks of the announcement of results.

The six-week course meets for five sessions per week. A tentative schedule can be found under the Schedules section of this website.

Eligibility: The Live Guaranteed program in L.A. is available to all first-time takers from A.B.A. schools and repeaters who have scored a 1390 or above on the CA. bar exam on their most recent sitting.  All students may choose to take the full course on a non-guaranteed basis for $3,800.  Approximately half of the class is on guarantee and half on non-guarantee.  The course is identical for both guaranteed and non-guaranteed students.

Repeaters: If you have taken the California bar exam, please get your exams from the Committee of Bar Examiners and send them to our office.  Professor Schmitt will review these exams and provide an individual critique for you.

3rd Year Students: Students who enroll in the Guaranteed Bar Review are automatically entitled to attend all sessions of our Fall '10 Performance Skills Workshops and the Spring '11 Third Year Bar Review at no additional cost.  This is an added bonus for students who enroll early for the '11 Winter and Summer Guaranteed Bar Reviews.
